There are two types of weft knitted plush fabrics: terry cutting and fiber bundle feeding. It is generally formed on the basis of flat needle tissue. In the knitting process, the fiber bundle or plush yarn is fed and knitted into a loop together with the base yarn, and at the same time, the head end of the fiber bundle or plush yarn is exposed to the surface of the fabric, forming a fluff shape. The surface of plush fabric is covered with plush, which can be neat velveteen or different in length. The plush fabric has soft handle, good elasticity and elongation, good abrasion resistance, and the weight per unit area is about half lighter than that of natural fur.
