The most basic and simple knitting organization is the basis of knitted fabric organization, namely, weft plain needle, rib, double reverse, chain knitting, warp flat, warp satin and double warp weave. Knitted fabrics are relatively elastic and can be stretched. Woven fabrics are basically inelastic, and only a few are. Knitted fabric is formed by bending the yarn into loops in sequence when knitting. The loops are intertwined with each other to form a woven object. The yarn can be woven horizontally or vertically when knitting loops. Horizontal knitting is weft knitted fabric, and vertical knitting is warp knitted fabric. The surface of plush fabric is covered with plush, which can be neat velveteen or different in length. Double rib weave

Also called cotton wool tissue or double sided tissue. It is composed of two rib tissues. The vertical line of the reverse coil of the double rib weave is covered by the vertical line of the front coil of another rib weave, so only the vertical line of the front coil can be seen on both sides of the fabric. Double rib weave is widely used in the production of knitted inner and outer garments. Various cotton sweaters, trousers and fashions are made. They are soft and warm, with smooth and smooth surface, good elasticity and extensibility, and have no curling and scattering properties.

Rib weave

Rib weave is formed by mutual configuration of front coil longitudinal and reverse coil longitudinal. Its greatest feature is that it has greater lateral extensibility and elasticity.
